Refund Policy 

You have the right to cancel your order as long as we haven’t already checked this in via our courier as this cannot be cancelled. 

Please note there is a £5 admin Charge on all orders if you change your mind and wish to cancel. You can not cancel once we have already dispatched your order. 

You can not return goods that have already been received.

 We will not provide refunds for chocolates and sweets where deliveries are melted as you are purchasing this at your own risk. This is due to unfortunately not having control over the temperature that our couriers transport orders.

If there are items missing from the order under the value of £10 most likely a refund will be issued and we will not re-post the items. 

 Addresses that are inputted incorrectly and the order is either lost or stolen will not be refundable. If the order is returned to us you may incur a delivery fee for this order to be processed again. This would usually be the original cost of postage.

Damaged Parcels will be refunded or replaced. Please note we do require photo evidence of damages to be able to resolve these disputes for you as the courier will also require photo evidence.

You are required to make contact with us within 7 days of placing your order with any issues that you make have to be eligible for a refund. 

Internatioanl Shipping

In countries outside the UK you may be require to pay custom duties fee's to be able to receive your order. This varies from country to country so please check if this applies to your country. 

If you refuse/don't pay your custom's charged your order will incur a £20 admin charge. We will also not refund any shipping fee's. 

You as the customer are responsible for ensuring customs duties/fee's are paid as we don't pay these on the customers behalf.

You should receive the payment link for these fee's via email or SMS (text message). Please check your Junk Mail too.

Terms of Service 

Please note chocolate received in hot weather that is melted is non refundable and you are purchasing the chocolate at your own risk of this happening. All our products are stored in a refrigerated unit to do our best to prevent this. But of occasion there is a possibly of chocolate melting. This is due to unfortunately not having control over the temperature that our couriers transport orders.

DPD NEXT DAY Before 3pm (Excluding Weekends) - £5.49 


Please note we are shipping orders as normal but please allow a few days extra due to covid-19 due to some courier delays.
